The Boys Body Awareness Class is designed to help boys understand their changing bodies in a way that is clear, respectful, and confidence-building.
Co-led by a pelvic health specialist and a classroom educator, this class combines clinical knowledge with real-world experience, creating a supportive environment where boys feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
The goal is to help boys feel prepared — not confused — as they grow and develop.
This class focuses on body awareness, puberty, hygiene, and development.
