Tiffany is a pelvic health specialist with over 17 years of experience working with women and children. Her clinical background allows her to provide accurate, evidence-based education on body development, pelvic health, and related topics often misunderstood or overlooked.
Through her work, she has seen how gaps in education can lead to confusion, fear, and preventable challenges. She created My Core Harmony to deliver clear, age-appropriate instruction that helps students understand their bodies while supporting parents in guiding these conversations at home.
